On-campus Residential Housing
New Residence Hall remains offline for isolation and quarantine purposes as necessary. Please visit the Residential Housing website for additional information on housing options. Please note that only students who are vaccinated for COVID-19 are permitted to live on campus.
Isolation and Quarantine
TCNJ has developed a comprehensive plan consistent with the Center for Disease Control and the New Jersey Department of Health to isolate or quarantine a limited number of residents. However, if deemed necessary by TCNJ, isolation or quarantine may need to occur at home. To facilitate on-campus isolation or quarantine housing, students will be provided with a recommended packing list and a cart to transport their belongings. During this time, TCNJ Dining Services will take meal orders and deliver food to the new location. Students are not allowed to leave these rooms/units without approval by Student Health Services and/or the TCNJ Covid Outreach Team.
Capacity limits are consistent with state guidelines, and to-go options remain in place. Members of the TCNJ community who have been granted a medical or religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccination are permitted to use the dining facilities. All students, faculty, and staff must adhere to current masking and distancing requirements.
For locations and hours, visit the TCNJ Dining Services website.
Athletics, Student Organizations, and Activities
Students who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 may participate in the full range of activities on campus.
Students who have been granted a medical or religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine are permitted to, while physically distancing, participate in varsity athletics (with potential restrictions for team travel) and in club, organization, recreation, cultural, or campus activities that do not involve high contact with others and for which physical distancing is feasible and enforced by the group. These students are not permitted to participate in club, organization, recreation, cultural, or campus activities that involve high contact with others and for which physical distancing is not feasible or enforced.
Athlete health and safety requirements and an increased spectator policy (consistent with state and NCAA guidelines) as well as additional information are available via the Athletics website.
